Our Location
The Ship is location on the high street in the heart of Weybridge. You are walking distance to great shops, restaurants, parks, train station into London and of course the River Thames and River Wey. There are fantastic walking routes, just waiting for you to explore.
Chertsey and Weybridge Circular
This 4 mile circular walk goes along the Thames Path from Chertsey Bridge to Shepperton lock, crosses by ferry to Weybridge and returns through Chertsey Meads. There is easy walking on the Thames Path, but the ferry involves steps and the way back through Chertsey Meads is across rough meadow-land that is wet in winter and is sometimes flooded.
Weybridge Lock Circular
A relatively easy flat circular walk from Weybridge Station, 4.5miles. The route passes through part of Weybridge town and along the towpath of the Wey Navigation between Weybridge and New Haw village.
Want to make the walk more challenging and got a bit further? Why not continue down to Pyford Lock, adding an extra 7 miles.
Weybridge to Hampton Court
This trail follows the Thames Path from Weybridge to Hampton Court and back, roughly 8.5 miles. Top sights along the walk are Sunbury Lock, York Column and of course Hampton Court Palace at the end. Walk back, or catch the train if your legs are tired!
