At The Ship Hotel we can offer you our expert guidance to assist you in organising your wedding reception and make your day a truly memorable occasion. To assist in planning your special day we have created some tempting menus to help you make your choice, a copy of our current wedding brochure is available on request. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your event with you and have experience in Wedding Receptions, Private Dining, Parties and Civil Partnership celebrations.

Our suites are able to cater for a minimum of 60 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and up to 140 guests for an evening reception with bar and finger buffet.

Once you have checked availability with the hotel, we will invite you into the hotel to discuss the finer details of your special day. When booking the venue, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £500 secures the date for you. Final numbers and payment is required one month prior to arrival, then you can relax and enjoy the hospitality of The Ship Hotel, knowing that your event is in safe hands.

All rooms are subject to availability and prices are subject to change. Final cost will be confirmed to you six months prior to your arrival date.
